Signing in through the browser

The easiest way to get to iCloud without an Apple device:

  1. Open your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari)
  2. Go to icloud.com
  3. Enter your Apple ID (usually your email address)
  4. Click the arrow or press Enter
  5. Type your password
  6. If two-factor authentication is turned on:
    • You receive a code on your iPhone/iPad/Mac
    • Enter this 6-digit code
  7. You now have access to iCloud Mail, Photos, Drive and more

Signing in through the iCloud app (smartphone)

iPhone/iPad

Two-factor authentication: no code received

  • Make sure your iPhone/iPad/Mac has an internet connection
  • Tap "Didn't get a verification code?" and choose "Resend code"

"Apple ID is locked"
