When migrating, you move your data to another provider, such as Theory7.
You migrate a domain name using a transfer code, which happens automatically, but for websites, files, configurations and databases need to be migrated. Read below how exactly to do this.

Migrate your domain name.
Migrating a domain name is easily arranged. To be able to migrate a domain name, the following applies;
- You are the owner of a domain name
- You have received a transfer code from your current provider

Migrate website or web shop.
You migrate a website or web shop by moving the files, configurations and databases from your old provider to Theory7. Put simply, this means making a backup of these and copying them to your new hosting environment with us.
