Backing up your Samsung phone

Backing up your Samsung phone protects your valuable photos, contacts and apps.

Method 1: Samsung Cloud

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap Accounts and backup
  3. Select Samsung Cloud
  4. Sign in with your Samsung account
  5. Tap Back up data
  6. Tap Back up now

Automatic backup

  1. Go to the Samsung Cloud settings
  2. Turn on Auto back up
