Free SiteSwitch and MailSwitch
Every package that is eligible for our free version of SiteSwitch and MailSwitch can use it up to 30 days after purchase. Because every website is different, each package has a maximum migration time included with the free MailSwitch and SiteSwitch. You will find the exact times in the table below.

In most cases our migration department can complete the migration within the times above. However, it may happen that the scope of the migration is too large for this. In that case we charge € 59.95 excluding VAT per hour for the additional time required. We always make a calculation of the extra hours in advance, so you are never faced with unexpected costs.
Migrating your domain name.
To migrate your domain you need a transfer code (also known as an authorization or EPP code) that you request from your current provider. So you need this code before you start the migration process.
Start by entering the domain you want to migrate (with extension, so for example ikgaverhuizen.nl) in the domain checker and click "transfer", then enter the transfer code and your domain will be migrated to Theory7.
Please note: a domain transfer costs money. The transfer costs differ per extension. As soon as you enter your domain in the domain checker you can see what the transfer costs are. The migration service helps you place your domain in the shopping cart with the correct transfer code.
Migrating your website.
In order to migrate your website it is important that it is up-to-date at the time of migration. By this we mean that your CMS (WordPress, Joomla etc), your plugins and PHP version are updated to the latest versions, only then can we safely migrate your website to Theory7. It must also not be infected with malware or hacked files. In addition, we need, among other things, the login details of the control panel at your old provider.

Migrating your email addresses.
In order to migrate your email addresses we need the login details per email address, in addition to the hostname of the server where your email is hosted. You can request the hostname from your old email provider.
