Cancelling at Versio: what you need to know.
It's important to only cancel your Versio subscription after your website and domain have been fully migrated to Theory7. Cancelling too early can lead to interruption of your services or loss of your domain.
Watch the exact renewal dates of your Versio products and plan your cancellation strategically. Versio applies different notice periods for different products, ranging from 30 to 60 days before the renewal date.

Requesting a transfer code from Versio.
To migrate your domain names from Versio to Theory7 you need a transfer code (EPP code or authorization code). This security code ensures that only you as the owner can initiate the migration.
At Versio you can request this code through your control panel. Log in to Versio, go to 'Domain names', select the relevant domain and choose 'Transfer' or 'Transfer token'. The code is usually displayed immediately or sent to your email address.
After obtaining the transfer code you can easily migrate the domain with our domain migration tool. We recommend only migrating your domain after your website has already been successfully migrated to your Theory7 hosting package.
